Given just how enjoyable it is to pilot an X-Wing or TIE Fighter, this is a multiplayer experience I will continually go back to, even if EA doesn’t support it with new content. With the Empire and Rebel forces once more at each other's throats, Squadrons gives players a chance to feel like a real pilot in a galaxy far, far away. Stadia exists, but it’s becoming harder and harder to recommend it now when Game Pass Ultimate and Amazon Luna also offer cloud gaming and much better libraries.Star Wars: Squadrons is set after the events in Return of the Jedi, and the second iteration of the Death Star has gone kaput. Surprisingly, Amazon Luna technically has the strongest roster of them all, though it also has the second smallest library. EA Play Pro is also fantastic, but the fact that most of what it offers is also included with Game Pass makes it a tough sell.
That said, Ubisoft+ has the biggest collection of games you won’t find anywhere else, so if you’re a big open-world fan you might want to stick with Ubisoft+. If you have to pick just one, Game Pass definitely offers the best value.
